    Is the free plan really free forever?
    Yes! You can use Todonex for free with no time limit, with up to 10 lists and up to 50 open tasks in each one (completed tasks don't count toward this limit). Premium is optional, for anyone who wants the advanced features.
    Can I cancel Premium anytime?
    Yes. There's no commitment and no fee. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, then go back to the free plan without losing your lists. And if you change your mind, you have 7 days after subscribing to get a full refund.
    Is my data safe?
    Yes. Your tasks are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access rules make sure that, in the app, only you (and the people you share a list with) can see what's yours. We follow Brazil's data protection law (LGPD): you can ask support for a copy of your data and delete your account whenever you want.
    Does it work on my phone?
    It does! Todonex runs in the browser on any device and can be installed on your phone's home screen like an app, with reminder notifications and everything synced in real time.
    How does the Calendar work?
    With Premium, every task with a reminder shows up on the calendar, on its day and time, in the list's color. You can see the month or the week, create a task right on a day, choose which lists show up and show or hide completed tasks.
    How does the Timer work?
    With Premium, each task gets a play button: press play when you start and pause when you stop. The time is saved on the task and the list's total shows at the top. Forgot it running? It stops on its own after 12 hours straight.
    Does someone I share a list with need Premium?
    No. Only the person sharing needs Premium. Whoever receives it can stay on the free plan and join up to 3 shared lists at a time.
    Is Premium available in my country?
    For now, Premium is on sale in the United States, in US dollars, and in Brazil, in Brazilian reais. The free plan works everywhere.
